The New Sonar is the complete package, the creme de la creme of wetsuits. Ideal for Total Swimmers looking for the perfect balance between flexibility and buoyancy, this wetsuit has both right where you need them: Buoyancy in the lower body and flexibility up top. This combination helps you to keep the best position in the water, reducing drag. Aerodome 2 technology used in the lower body provides 30% more buoyancy to the swimmer. A new feature this year for the Sonar is the thinner lower leg panel using 39 cell nano SCS coating to reduce friction in transitions. The CLS (Core Lateral Stabilizer) support panel in the abdomen helps you avoid lateral movement and reinforce your core, thereby allowing you to maintain good technique longer. Regardless of the kit you’ve used up to now, this benchmark wetsuit has been specifically designed to never let you down.
Features:
- AERODOME- This technology, used in the lower body covering the quad and hip area, provides the swimmer with 30% more buoyancy. The secret is in its composition made up of hundreds of cavities between two treated layers of neoprene.
- CORE LATERAL STABILIZER (CLS)- This panel provides lateral support in the abdomen to avoid lateral movement and reinforce your core. With this technology, you will be able to maintain a good technique for longer.
- NO CHAFING- Velcro has been added to the outer flap of the wetsuit, which together with the laser cut used in the collar seam reduces friction and chafing.
- SPEED- A new feature in the new Sonar wetsuit is the addition of a thinner lower leg panel, a Yamamoto composite with 39 cell nano SCS coating which reduces friction in the transitions. In addition, Hydrolite panels help make the wetsuit easier to remove so that your transitions are even faster.

When choosing your size, please be sure to focus on your weight rather than height. Your weight MUST be between the high and low end on the sizing chart. If your weight is 4 lb. from the high side of the sizing chart you should go up to the next size. Your height isn't as important because the length of the suit can be an inch or two longer or shorter but the suit has to be able to accommodate the mass of your body, so please focus on your weight.
