Triathlon training camps typically vary in duration from a weekend to a whole week. Many provide all meals or at least dinners along with nutrition during training sessions. Some provide accommodations while others do not, so check all options before booking. A lot of these training camps also allow you the option of renting a bike for the duration of your stay so you can avoid the hassle of having to transport your own. Most camp fees do not cover airfare or transport to and from the camp.
